By and large, it was enjoyable base for sightseeing in Dundee, had much fun and met outstandingly accommodating staff who were willing to be flexible to meet our special request. The room was normal double and new-fashioned with view, we was happy about that.

Had a relaxing 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Loved the suite I had with lovely bathroom, botanic view plus a bath. The hotel was wonderful and in a central location.

The location was peaceful, just off St Andrews and Carnoustie, and a secluded garden along a quiet street with beautiful houses, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. I had brand-new and beautifully maintained room with a bath.

The venue was in a central location just off the outskirts of Dundee, and beautiful gardens. I loved the room, it was big size and came with an electric kettle, flat-screen television, and a coffee machine. The personnel was pleasant and exceptional, and the owner too.

Well priced place, had a very nice stay for the United v Morton game and “ do ” at night. The staff was super-friendly, the breakfast was sensational. The room was normal double and new-fashioned and the view was amazing. The location was amazing - near to Dundee on a regular basis, the hillside, and the restaurant downstairs.
